為什麼律師與醫生不能賣廣告?

因為佢地係professionals!!
佢地要對佢地的事業負上責任~
唔可以當成1盤生意咁去做......
佢地係要用自己的專業知識去幫助別人......
唔可以以個人身份去賣私人廣告吸引客人!

至於律師行係一間公司，雖然佢地有唔同的律師響公司~
佢地就可以睇成一間普通公司咁賣廣告!

賣廣告，對律師行有幫助，當有人需要幫忙時，咪會知道有邊d firms囉~ 等間firm多d人認識~
壞處就係，太多律師行賣廣告的話，會分散客人的注意力，競爭力大d~

Actually under the Solicitor Practice Rule of the Legal Practitioner Ordinance, a solicitor may advertise. But he may not say he is an expert in certain areas. He can only say he certain years of experience in a particular area(s). Also a solicitor may not advertise in a way that brings the profession into disrepute. That's where Paul Tse 謝偉俊 is in breach of the solicitor practice rule by letting his almost "naked photo" appear in a magazine years ago.
