有關marketing 的 needs and wants 點樣分別？

好似係....xD

needs: 必須有...
when i go to a restaurant, i expect something are already on the table; such service towel and cultery etc.

wants: 我想有....
i desire something to be there, if there isn't yet provided.

"Need" is something you necessary to require
(basic, reality)
"Want" is something you desire, wish for
(higher expectation).

Then will turn to features & benefits of a product / program.
