E to C problem

I have bought a positive film and used it to photoshot with e to c , yet the outcome of the photos is out of my expectation - the photos are very very red, instead of blue/green that i expected.
I do not know why the photos can be red. I am sure I have bought the right film and asked for e to c processing.....can someone tell me why ? Thanks
