I have a Europe pass which means I can travel to all over Europe by Train. I want to ask if anyone knows an website that I can book for the cross-border train in advance so that I surely get a train seat and date and time for my travel plan.
Please give me a website that I can use English for the city / distination name because I surely don't know the name of e.g. Budapest in ten Europe languages.

以我所知, 一般列車班次的留位係需要於當地做的. 係網上係做唔到既. 你只需要去到火車站的售票處交留位費同差價就可以了至於點樣保證你有位, 相信冇人做到, 因為位置係手快有手慢冇的. 一般來說, 你早 2 - 3 日留位就可以了. 而且好少機會會全車 full house 的... 我就從來沒有試過了, 就算係旺季, 巴黎--柏林, 巴黎--羅馬等熱門路線依然有位剩的
就算你冇所有確實的火車日期, 你照可以照 plan 行程的. 如果你將所有既行程 fix 死晒日子既, 如果你於某一站出左咩問題, 例如火車罷工你走唔到既, 咁你往後既留位就全部可以收工了... 留位費是冇得退的.. 所以好少人會 fix 死晒日子, 除非你只去幾日, 但睇你就唔似了... 你可以照 plan 行程, 去到先留位, 如果真係 full 既, 大不了只係留多一晚係當地, 或者去第二個地方玩下先, 對你整個行程影響其實不大的...
另外你有歐洲火車證亦唔代表你可以搭晒歐洲的火車, 如果冇記錯, 英國同捷克就已經唔係火車證 cover 既國家了, 所以請小心睇清楚了.

當你到達目的地, 在當地的火車站售票處 book往下個目的地的座位, 或補錢睡卧舖就可以啦. 一般在當天早上book晚上的夜車, 都可以book到的.
如你的火車証是1st class, 就更不用擔心, 必會有位的, 但如果是2nd class, 要視乎是否旺季, 暑假會緊張d, 其他時期, 你放心吧.
同樣, 一張火車証不能全歐通用ga, 例如去英國, 只有英國火車証才適用. 西班牙、葡萄牙要考慮西葡火車証.
