如何兌錢?

You can have few choices:
1) go to the bank
Some banks may need you to have account opened in their banks and also will charge the handling charge

2) go to the exchange rate shop
Most of them no need to charge handling charge since already calculated inside the rate and so the exchange rate may be a bit lower than the banks

When you want to change, you just approach to the counter and say "I want to exchange $XXX US dollar to HK dollar"
