點解我訓覺醒後.仍然覺得好似沒咩點訓過同埋個身好累????

我好中意訓覺時想好多好多野,搞到我好耐都訓唔著,有試過3.4個鐘都未訓著,(但習慣想好多野,想自己個腦唔想都唔得),同埋起身後會好累,有時可能訓著左都好似冇訓咁樣,點解會咁伽????

壓力大都係一個原因:
胡思亂想睡不著,而且睡時,肌肉也未能放鬆,可解釋為神經緊張。
舉個例,有人訓覺時會[磨牙],睡醒後口很軟,無力。
夢遊、發開口夢都是些好例子…


傳聞話飲杯熱牛奶有助入睡,
不過我覺得沖個熱水涼,然後睡還有效。最重要的,還是放鬆,別太在意去想/不想東西,因為強迫自已快些睡,只會變成提醒自已去想。

i think this is because you have slept *overtime*. I have experience that before too. I think this is because your body have rested enough but your muscle wanted to move, however, you are still sleeping, so when you wake up, the luscle are a bit too relax.

It maybe has some problem in your body. I think u should go to see doctor who are chinese. I think the chinese doctor can help u to solve the problem.
