在這裡很難三言兩語講到點做，事實上我也未做過這個效果。
我建議你參看以下Flash 的教學網站，
看看有沒有相類似的範例，再從中學習。
我覺得這是學習東西的最好方式。

This effect is very difficult to make....
I think you need to write some action script in flash to achieve the effect.
