Non-essential requirement - (1)japanese or European brand(2)with remote control (3)new model

There are two types of requirement that the new air-conditoner needs to meet.

Below are requirements that the air-conditioner MUST meet, this includes:
1. Measured with the dimension 30cm (?) x 50 cm (?)
2. Under $4000 in price
3. Energy-saving
4. (?) years warranty guarantee

Below are requirements that the air-conditioner if possible, SHOULD meet:

1. Japanese or European brand
2. Come with a remote control
3. New (Recent) Model
