本人將會在本年12月14日年滿18歲
但在12月27日要出境前往星加坡4天
即是在出境時我的身份證已經過期
本人計劃在回港後才去更換身份證
不知道有沒有問題?我能否持過期13天的身份證出境?

Yes... No problem... As if you are in Hong Kong, you will require to change your ID card within 30days after your 18th birthday...Since it will still be within 30days boundary when you return to Hong Kong, there is be no problem for you...
However, if you wont be in Hong Kong during your birthday and will not return to Hong Kong within 30days of your birthday... You will require to change it once you get back to Hong Kong...

根據入境事阞處規定....
凡 年 齡 介 乎 11 至 17 歲 並 已 獲 發 身 份 證 的 未 成 年 人 士 ， 均 須 在 其 18 歲 生 日 後 的 30 天 內 親 身 申 領 新 身 份 證 。
你12月14日生日...應該在下年1月13日前換身分證....是沒有問題的。
