Independent Financial Advisor 獨立財務顧問. 目前很多公司向客戶戶提供財務建議, 其提供的投資或財務安排, 可以來自不同的公司, 如基金保險等. 由於這些保險或基金投資來自不同公司, IFA 理論上是根據客戶的需要而非那些提供基金的公司而提供, 所以稱為 Independent.
