我在把生豬肉加上調味品時,把其中一小塊跌落洗碗盤旁邊,我即時拿起,並放到碟裡,調味品中有檸檬汁的,然後放到冰箱內,遟些會放到下格等溶雪,最後會用猛火煑6分鐘,可否殺細菌?還是掉棄這些生豬肉呢?

不正確. 應先沖水才放回碟中可待用.

2. 調味品中有檸檬汁的,然後放到冰箱內,遟些會放到下格等溶雪

調味加檸檬汁, 好主意, 但肉類避免反覆冰凍, 更忌反覆冷凍, 因為解凍溶雪之過程容易滋生有毒細菌, 新鮮肉類只可冷凍一次. 最好是解凍後兩天內食用.

3. 猛火煑6分鐘,可否殺細菌

那要視乎肉類的多少而定. 豬肉和雞肉帶菌較多, 烹調時間要長點至全熟才可達到殺菌效果, 三兩肉需要大概十分鍾.

4. 掉棄這些生豬肉呢?

丟棄太浪費, 只要保持清潔便可. 注意煮菜前後要洗手, 生熟肉類要分開處理, 最好分開使用砧板 去準備生熟肉類或蔬菜.

我想話你知....生豬肉比一個正常家庭的洗碗鋅盤Dirty的多好多,
所以豬肉一定要完全煮熟才可食用。
不要忽視生豬肉的毒性,

所以你真係唔使咁擔心一舊生豬肉俾鋅盤污染
不如你諗下用1:49的漂白水清潔下俾豬肉污染左既鋅盤仲好啦!

You're really quite "money-saving" like my mum.
If this case happened to my mum,
I'm so sure that she will act like nothing happened,
and will wash IT right away and then cook it :-P

Anyway, it seems that you didn't do anything
but just put it into refrigerator.
I really suggest you to throw it all away!!

P.S. By the way, it's the first time I heard ...
people 調味 their food, but not cook it right away.
Kind of weird to me ...
