When im here in yahoo answers how do i change it so ppl can im me?

You can
1) click My Q&A
2) click Edit My Profile
3) from the Communications, find Yahoo!
Messenger Settings and tick the square for Allow
other Answers users to contact me via Yahoo!
Messenger.
(make sure your Yahoo! Answers nickname is
same as your Yahoo! ID)

Click on My Q&A, top right. Then click on Edit My Info.. Middle left. Then you can change your preferences.

click on your name on the upper left corner and change settings
