為何在香港, 文員多數都由女性擔當?

觀察結果...Office都係陰盛陽衰.

我係講一個廣泛嘅共通現象, 而唔係個別boss嘅請人準則. 另外, 做文員根本唔駛學業成績好, 就算好都係bonus啫.

就是樓上三位的一般見識,所以辦公室都是女性的多。

不論性別,唯才是用,才是現今商業的硬道理;

而辦公室工作,一般是工資較低,一般人是比較難照顧家庭開支的。所以只有少數男性才待著一份較穩定的辦公室工作。

而勞動性、外勤、運輸業的工作已顧有一批男性,而男女比率約一比一,那男性在辦公室的佔有率便偏向低。

但文員以上,辦公室內男性的比率又不低的,這個解釋到文員的薪酬低令男人為之卻步。

It's the same as the cover girl concept, cos, most of the people will have attendion on Female more than Male, no matter the reader is male or female or not >?

In addition, most of the boss is male more than female, and they seems like employ young female more than male.

Reason ? You no need to care the reason, the reason to each boss is also different, and the last factor i think is that:

Generally, the school result of female is better than male, so the male can only work for some kind of heavy job, and female can work for this kind of office job. (Relatively)

文職工作一般都比較沉悶,而女性選擇工作多數以穩定既工作為主,另外一般人認為女性比較細心,所以文職工作多由女性擔任。
