A happy day
Today is my Birthday, although I have to go to school, I'm excited. It is my picnic day too! I helped my friends to bring some things and got on the bus. It is a long trip but I waited patiently. Soon, we are there. We got off the bus, it is quite cold. I quickly got my jacket from the bag and started walking. I and my grop went to the barbecue site. I helped them a lot. It took us a while to heat up the fire. But I didn't eat much, it is not enough food. So I packed up my things and went up the hill to find my other friends. i saw her! I bought a kite and had fun with her. When it is time to leave, I got on the bus. I sat with some of my groups. Suddenly they turned around and ask,"Is it your birthday today?" I noded. They shouted,"Happy Birthday!" When I finished school, some classmates also said Happy Birthday, I'm so happy.

A Happy Day
Although today is humid and dull, my feeling is very happy.
This morning, I ate a egg salad sandwich. It's very tasty. Then,I went to school.My class teacher,Miss Lau said she will give us the Student Report Card(成績表)after school.All the classmates were very nervous(緊張).
“Ling!Ling!Ling...”Oh!It is the time for getting the Student Report Card!Miss Lau smiled at everyone while she was walking into the classroom.Miss Lau called me to go out and get the Student Report Card.I screamed when I saw my repot card!Oh,my position in form is the third!Hooray!
When I arrvied at home,I said that I’ve got the third in whole form,she is very happy.And she said I am a good child!

Father's Day is celebrated in the 3rd Sunday in June. The idea for creating a day for children to honor their fathers began in Spokane, Washington. A woman by the name of Sonora Smart Dodd thought of the idea for Father's Day while listening to a Mother's Day sermon in 1909. Having been raised by her father, Henry Jackson Smart, after her mother died, Sonora wanted her father to know how special he was to her. It was her father that made all the parental sacrifices and was, in the eyes of his daughter, a courageous, selfless, and loving man. Sonora's father was born in June, so she chose to hold the first Father's Day celebration in Spokane, Washington on the 19th of June, 1910.
