我長大後（１８歲）將來去澳洲定居，唔係移民去。
但我唔會係澳洲做野呀！
唔知可唔可以拎到澳洲永久居權呀？
而且澳洲係唔係好多別墅呀？
有咩條件可以買屋呀？
P.S：我係想知去澳洲需要乜野才可以定居呀！

你唔想響澳洲做野,又唔想移民,又想響澳洲定居?其實我真係唔知你想點.但係應該有一個方法既,就係去澳洲讀書,18歲去學英文先,學完英文去讀TAFE,然後讀大學學士學位,之後讀碩士,一個碩士唔夠,可以讀多幾個,之後有興趣既話,可以讀博士.咁樣,一搞都搞十幾廿年啦,咁你即係響澳洲定居左十幾廿年架啦(係唔做野,唔移民既前題下定居左十幾廿年).
然後,你有興趣既話,可以買盤生意做下,四十歲,如果政策未變,六十至八十萬澳幣就夠投資移民架啦,買盤生意之後,你可以繼續唔使做野(請人做就得架啦),繼續響澳洲定居,唔同既係,你o個陣叫做移左民到澳洲架啦.

It is hard for you to just stay in Australia and not working. Unless you keep studying, you can stay for a period of time. After you finish Uni, you may apply for PR.
You can buy porperty in Australia, but you need to buy new porperty, not old or second hand porperty. Anyone can buy porperty for investment. After you buy the porperty you may apply for PR as well. I think you need AUD$ 500,000 for migrant to Australia.

除左申請移民,你係無其他可以選擇
重有,除非你有大把 $ ,唔係你去到個邊唔做野,重難拎到居留權
最最最後選擇,你嫁/娶過去,咁你就可以定居

if u want to live permanenty in aussie.
u hv to get a PR. permanent residency.
but u dun need a citizenship if u dun want.
but itz a kind of immgration . u can go thru different channel to get this.
depends on how kind of citizenship u r holding, wat kind of visa u wanna get to stay in oz. ur personal bg, etc.

除了申請移民，否則你不可能於澳洲定居，因為你根本沒有當地居留權。除非你現已持有澳洲國民護照。若不申請移民，你絕對無可能得到永久居留權。
