Actually, I had this diseases when I were around 20.
However, I went to see doctor when I start to have only
『one hole』and luckily I got cured.

I went to see 皮膚醫生 at that time.
I don't know whether it was a correct choice or not.
:) Anyway, I am fully recovered!!

I remember clearly that doctor just gave me some 藥膏 to apply.
Besides that, my mum used teethbrush to apply whisky on that 『hole』
around 3 or 4 times a day. (Just a little drop.)

All the above just from my own experiences
but completely without any medical knowledge to support.
Therefore, I am sorry that I cannot say anything about your situation.

However, I can be quite sure that this diseases somehow
is due to stress/ anxiety!! Thus, first of all ...
please relax yourself enough!!
Then, make sure to find a proper good doctor!!
