我下載左AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition,但安裝唔到

因為我一個星期前比我屋企人delete,now想安裝,but安裝唔到,有冇人可以help me,彈左一句(Local machine: prepared for the installation
Actions plan:
Error: Service Avg7RsW needs to be installed, but it has been marked by the Windows as delete pending during previous unintallation process. Please restart the computer to finnish pending service deletion.)出來

似乎是先前你家人剷除 AVG 的時候，並無徹底 uninstal，令系統保留了一部份 AVG 的殘骸，而新的 AVG 探測到，所以不能再從裝。

建議你試下在控制台 > 新增移除程式之中，找找有無上次的 AVG 記錄，有的話再做一次移除程式，reboot 之後才再次安裝。

如果真的不行，可以試試別的免費防毒，例如 avast 或 active virus shield。

不過，最緊要係要同你家人講，千祈唔好再剷走防毒軟件，否則你你呢頭裝，個頭比人剷走，都係徙氣。
