應該係 IN sunday morning 還是 ON sunday morning?

some say the preprosition should be determined depending on the immediate noun followed, but some think IN should be used , as it is the word "morning" which it refers to.

In the morning
but
ON SUNDAY MORNING

Actually grammar rules are different from those you learn from science. SOMETIMES you just have to remember something is 'collocation' and don t assume that a rule applies to all situations.
