餐廳budget一問

開一間西式fusion,地理位置係中環soho區樓上鋪,
大約有三十個cover,想問幾個問題!

面積幾大算合理適中呢?
租金大概要幾多?
如果我expect好生意,水電煤一個月大約又要幾多?

有無人可唔可以幫下我解答呀?

其實只係做緊一份飲食業project, 我想知合理面積,唔需要太大, 相對租金幾錢,仲有only水電煤幾錢?

Area for 30 covers (Fusion restaurant) : 600 s.f.
1/3 area for kitchen.
Monthly rental: around $40,000
Utility: 8-10% of sales.
Labour cost: 25% of sales
Food cost: 30% of sales
Miscellenous: $4000 per month
Breakeven sales should be : $(40000+5000)/0.65 = $69,230
Sucessful or not, to see your average spending per check and estimated traffic.

面積就因人而異啦...大有大做細有細做...
細細間通常食service...必定做熟客多~
soho區...租金你預番2-3萬都唔定...
水電煤+雜費+人工+入貨我諗又要預番5-6萬...
每月至少要做成10萬生意...其實好難下架唔係潑你冷水呀
