- I can use the Word programme to produce any type of business document, also transfer it into pdf form when neccesary,
in order to prevent other people to amend content of the files.
- I can use Excel programme to computate for arithmetic operations, total, mean value and manufacture statistics graph.
- I can use Powerpoint to manufacture sound and reflection bulletin.
- I can use AutoCAD to draw the product plane design.

還有: - I can use programmes like Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Photoshop and GIF Animator to process different form of homepage designs.

大致看得明，但非常香港人口語

-I can use Ms Word to prepare business documents and save them as pdf format in order not to be amended when neccessary.

-I can use Excel to operate statistic calculation such as calculating the total and the mean value, and produce charts.

-I can use Powerpoint to prepare visual bulletins with different sound effects.

-I can use AutoCad to draft product designs.

-I can use softwares like Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Photoshop and GIF Animator to design homepages of different sort.
