腸仔波蘿串點整?

Ingredients:
200 g breakfast sausage
200 g fresh or canned pineapple
Seasoning:
Pepper
Salts
Directions
Cut the breakfast sausage and pineapple into chunks
Alternate sausage around the pineapple chunks on each of the 10 wooden skewers
Cook on a grid about 8 cm above hot coals for 15-20 minutes, turning often, until sausages are cooked.
Add pepper and salts if needed.
Serves 10.
