You can take the Tung Chung MTR line to Tung Chung Terminal and then transit the New Lantau Island Bus to Tai O, You get down the bus stop before the Tai O Terminal, then you cross the opposite side and you can see the temple near the hillside, following the path, walking about 15 minutes and you will arrive.
