國泰既最新客艙會系邊只機型同航線推出先啊？

應該唔會係JFK-HKG route,因為全新客艙座椅暂時只會安装在新購入的客機中,such as B777-300ER或新購之A330-300,而家服役梗的飛機可能要迟一排先輪住入厰更换.
更换全部新座椅要花好長時間好大工夫,,,

The 1st CX aircraft has NEW CABINS will be a B747-400, starting in Jan 2007 with ONLY NEW FIRST AND BUSINESS class.

Only B744 and B77W will have 3 class configurations, A330 will only be 2 class

New cabins will first be used on Los Angeles, London, New York via Vancouver routes

First to introduce the new seats in Cathay Pacific fleet will be the B777-300ER which will be replacing the A340-600 on Hong Kong-New York JFK route...
After the B777-300ER will be the new second-hand B747-400 which Cathay Pacific are still introducing to their fleet... In Cathay Pacific plan, they are hoping to take around 2years to reconfiguate all long-haul aircraft... By which means they will be having the new seats on all Cathay Pacific long-haul fleet by 2009/2010...
Having said that, as Cathay Pacific will be returing their A340-600 to their leaser (ILFC) as the B777-300ER arrive, so Cathay Pacific will not have the new seats on A340-600... At the same time, Cathay Pacific is planning to retire some A340-300 as more B777-300ER join their fleet, so not all A340-300 will receive the new seats either...
