不如試下打去 贊育醫院 問下, 因為我好多朋友都係 贊育 出世, 佢地出世時都已經俾埋出生年月日同時間俾佢地架啦

Indeed, the Hospital can provide this service. I believe you have to pay HK10 for a certificate from the Hospital. Friend of mine had his done on one of their opening days.
