1.protein is formed by combining amino acids together to form polypeptide. Since all 20 amino acids can combine with each other, a large number of protein can be formed.
2.Meat and bean contain a large amount of proteins. Thee proteis will be broken down into amino acid when they are being absorbed. As the patient cannot produce enough urine, the excess amino acid will accumulate in the body. Since amino acid will be convented to ammonia, which is highly toxic, in liver, patient need to consume fewer protein so as to prevent the kidney even worse.

For question 2

Because patients with kidney failure cannot get rid of the excess waste produced from the digestion process of proteins in their body properly. Meat and bean are rich in proteins. So these patients should not eat too much meat and beans so that the functioning of their kidney would not be worsen.

I forget the things about the formation of polypetides...sorry...

Question 2
Since mammals are unable to store the amino acid, excess amino acid is necesseary to convert into urea by the kidney in order to prevent the accumulation of the poisonous ammonia.

Process~
1)Liver convert the excess amino acid into the non-nitrogrenous part and ammonia.
2)Since the ammonia is poisonouis, it have to be convert to urea by kidney.
