材料 分量
白麵包 4片
人造牛油 1湯匙
火腿 1塊
罐裝吞拿魚柳 2湯匙
沙侓醤 2湯匙
車打芝士 60克
步驟
1..預備麵包
(a)把麵包切成圓形
(b)將麵包兩面烘一會兒，然後在每片麵包上塗上人造牛油。
2..把火腿切成約五厘米長的幼絲。
3..用叉將吞拿魚柳弄散製成魚鬆,,然後與沙侓醤拌勻。
4..刨碎芝士。
5..在每片麵包上塗上吞拿魚鬆,鋪上火腿絲..最後在面層鋪上芝士。
6..把步驟(5)的麵包放在烤爐上，烘至芝士溶化，趁熱進食。

4 pieces white bread
1 tbsp margarines
1 slice ham
2 tbsp canned tuna fish
2 tbsp salad dressing
60 g cheese proc.ched.
Method:
1. The preparation of bread
(a) slivers the bread into circle
(b) Bake the bread both sides a while, then brush with margarine for both sides
2. shred the ham for 5 cm long
3. Flake the tuna fish with fork and mix well with salad dressing
4. grate cheese
5 Sprinkle the tuna on the bread and then sprinkle the shredded ham, finally, sprinkled with cheese
6. put the bread of step 5 to oven, bake until the cheese melt, eat when it is hot.

2 Tablespoons.....Salad Dressing
