You can go to any piano co. to buy one music book, which is edition peters Nr. 9846, book name is (Pachelbel Kanon und Gigue für drei Violinen und Basso continuo' and have CD inside. The price is $175 in Tom Lee 6 years ago, but I don't make sure the price now. You can check it.Violin I, II & III together with piano, the music is wonderful.
