我168cm, 51kg, 睇落去好似好瘦, 但係肚腩好大, 最大試過31吋, 覺得做sit-up好辛苦, 而家已經食左少架喇, 一個禮拜都有去打羽毛球一次, 有無d方法可以減肚腩但係又唔駛做sit-up架?
