Because HK side usually dont have much 新樓入伙 each year, not like MOS or TKO.
Also city rebuild, HK side is the first choice, like Wanchai, Quarry Bay etc...
And MTR is planning to have the south line, from Causeway Bay to Happy Valley and Aberdeen.

North Point 慧雲峰 / Quarry Bay 御皇臺 not bad.
