it is because ture is not a word

But is you say "true" 'then the answer can be 2,3.


If it is number 2, it is because 第三身單數 have to add "s"

if it is number 3, then it is because you don't have to add a "s"

But the first one didn't add "s" ,so it is wrong.

the fourth one is the most wrong,
it is because "my" no need to be capital and you don't need that much "s" in a sentence.

#2 and 3 are correct.
Dream is SINGULAR, therefore you need to add a 's' after the verb.
YES: my dream comeS true
NO: my dream come true

Dreams is PLURAL, therefore you do not need to add a 's' after the verb.
YES: my dreams come true
NO: my dreams comes true

True is not spelt as ture


A few further examples for your reference:
CORRECT:
The teacher comes in. (SINGULAR, with s after verb)
The teachers come in.
The student goes to class.
The students go to class.

首先要指出的是真實的英文是 TRUE 而不是 TURE.

第二和第三句是正確的.

因為第二句的是一個夢, 所以那個 come 字在後面便要加 s
因為第三句的是多於一個夢 (dreamS), 所以之後的那個 come 字後面便不用加 s.

嚴格上來說, 發問者的那四句都是有問題, 通常我們說 DREAM COMES TRUE 都是祝人夢想成真, e.g. Wish your dream(dreams) comes(come) true! 但若說自己的夢成真, 那就是說已經發生了, 所以應該用過去式, 因此該句應為:My dream(s) has(have) come true. 或是 My dream(s) came true.
