SWOT係短寫黎, 主要係由4 樣野組成....
S=Strength 強項
W=Weakness 弱項
O=Opportunities 機會
T=Threat 威脅
SWOT主要係用來分析事件/ 公司/ 市場等等..... 係管理層作出決定之前的指標
S & W 係 internal (公司內部的評估),而 O &T 係 external (公司以外的分析, e.g. political, economy, social, technological, legal, environmental 等等 ge 因素)
SWOT 可以令管理層作出最正確ge 決定, 係一個好普遍ge 分析方法
