牙齒磨蝕咗！牙醫幚手

請牙醫和大家幚手,本人的牙齒在刷牙時,有時會出血,笑的時候,有風吹過,牙齒會覺得很陰酸和不舒服．醫生說倆邊的牙齒磨蝕了．牙肉發炎．那有什麼辨法可以改善或治療呢？除了刷牙要輕力點外？瓷粉修補是怎麼回事呢？適用這種情況嗎，還是他在hardsale?用這種方法會有什麼利和害呢？會不會令牙齒變黄呢？

can you tell me more detail about your problem?? Because different problem have different treatment...........for example which surface you abrased磨蝕?? Do you brush too hard to induce that?? The surface of the teeth had turned yellowish compare with the other surface of teeth?? Looking forward to see your reply.......Hope I can help you!!
