我有decoder(解c++ ,basic) 但係如果個exe 解完都係亂碼，咁可以判定佢用咩program寫，我應該點樣入手?

exe是已經編輯成 windows 所看的....你用editer 開應該咩都看不到wo.....如果你咁都看得到....人地d code 咪個個都攞到了......網頁就未見過.....圖書館和黃金個到d書就見好多.....

You know every program, file have their own codes or pixels.
Just like:
Flash document (fla) is editable, but Flash Player file (swf) is not.
Ulead GIF Animator (uga) is editable but GIF is not.
The SWF and GIF are published files, not editable.
So, EXE file is published file, it is not editable.
Just like:
