I just renewed mine, I can tell you absolutely no way to renew your licence if you cannot go in person. However you can renew you licence anytime within 3 years after expiry date; after that you will need to retake the driving test.

no, u can't becoz u need to take picture when u renew your driver's licence, so u definitely need to do it yourself
