So far I don't think there is any statistics being performed to collect data regarding average driving distance for "normal female golfers". However, if you are registered players of LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association), they do have some numbers for you. Check this site:

You can click on each player and look at how far they could drive as average. It seems like majority of them could drive 240 yards to 260yards in average. While the famous "junior" golfer Michelle Wie's (from Hawaii) average is 271 yards and her longest driving record is 280 yards. She is the youngest and one of the 4 females so far who ever played in PGA games.

I don't know how long you've been playing. I guess if you are asking this type of questions, you must be just starting this sports. If you could drive 180 yards, as a female golf beginner, this is pretty good. Just work more on the swing consistancy and sooner you can average 200 yards like a pro. That extra 20 to 50 yards could easily be made up by a good 2nd shots when you are approaching the green.
