１、乙方為甲方提供本合同section 3中所約定的各項服務；
２、對甲方的企業或業務機密保密；
３、乙方應保证服務甲方之客户服務组的人員充足和有力，並提供其為甲方項目所做全案廣告策劃工作的服務小组人員簡曆；

1/ Party B is required to provide to Party A each of the services specified in section 3 of this contract;

2/ (Party B is required to) keep the enterprise or business secret of Party A confidential;

3/ Party B should ensure that the client service team team-members serving Party A are adequate and competence, and to provide CV of the team-members who are going to take charge of the overall advertising planning;

4/ all published and circulated advertising messages from Party B must be the version endorsed by prescribed personnel of Party A, and no alternation should be made by Party B without the prior consent of Party A
