Universities in UK

Cardiff University (Wales) - Merged from University of Wales, Cardiff and U of Wales Institute of Science and Technolgy. Big U. An Old + New U but not famous.

Lancaster University (North England) - Medium old U. Not big. Famous in business.

University of Bath (West of England) - City of Bath is a senic city. Wonderful. The U is new and not famous.

University of East Anglia (South England) - Medium old U. Just so so. Same reputation as Lancaster

University of Leeds (Midland) - Old U. Big U but the City of Leeds is no good.

University of Stirling (Central Scotland) - Stirling is a senic city. Same as Bath, the city is very beautiful. Campus is wonderful but not famous. The only famous subject is acquaculture.

University of Strathclyde (West Scotland) - Glasgow is a big city but the city is no good. Strathclyde U is at the city centre and the campus is no good too. Medium old U. Famous.

University of Ulster (North Ireland) - New U. I don't like North Ireland.

University of Wales, Bangor (Somewhere in Wales) - New U Not famous.

Which subject u're going to study? Each U has its own 食糊系. I can't give u any advice if u do not disclose which subject u're going to study. On average, I think the above U are more or less the same.

Made personal judgement with no reference of any kind - what makes you think a uni is famous or not? Is it because its not known to Hong Kong pple like Imperial UCL Manchester Birmingam and those kind of [Hong Kong people's universities]? What is your definition of fame??
