Buy a pair shoe pad liner (can find in department store) that will help as the good shock absorber between your foot and the floor and wear shoes with 1.5" high heel so the weight on heel partly is shift to more front side.

可以放d鹽0係暖水度浸，因為鹽可以去水腫，亦都可以幫助血液循環，又經濟..............
