跑步問題(1)?

我覺得每次跑完步後都覺個膊頭好繄及倦(痛)?點解, 應如何解?

你是否剛剛開始跑..how long to time 每次?
膊頭要放鬆d ,手不用太大幅度,身體要保持直

倦可能是太long time for run,頭一星期30min-40mins,because musle 式應.....

Should be do enough stretching before and after doing exercise and also running.
It's because stretching help to remove the lactic acid inside the muscle which give soul feeling to you and also the tiredness...
