If u use Dreamweaver, the following procedure may help,

At Dreamweaver main page, go to site>manage sites> (click your webpage folder inside the popup window)> edit> (select remote info - 2nd item)> (fill in the needed info i.e. location of remote server; loginid, password etc)> (click ok)> (at the site pane click connection icon - like a broken power cord)> [after the site connected] choose upload - an upward arrow.

That's it.
