分解???I don't think either of them can do this : to decompose 油脂臘.
If you mean to dissolve 油脂臘, then the answer would be 75% alcohol.
It is because 油脂臘 & alcohol are non-polar while water is polar in nature.
So alcohol can dissolve 油脂臘 as they are both non-polar.
