1、乙方有權完全承接並執行甲方授權的廣告工作；
2、乙方有權在廣告專家范圍内對合同约定的工作做出工作解釋，亦有權要求甲方對其工作評價做出解释；
3、對於違返國家法律、法規、規章、制度的工作，乙方有樣拒绝執行；
4、如甲方未按合同规定按时付费，乙方有權單方面停止當月工作。而由此所造成的後果，乙方不承担任何責任。

1. B has the right / authority to completely undertake and execute Advertisement Work authorised by A.

2. B has the right to explain to the Advertisement Specialist the scope of the contracted work. And He has the right to request A for an explaination on his work assessment.

3. B has the right to refuse execute any works that are violating National Law, Acts, Regulations and Proceedings.

4. When A has not fullfill the payment in accordance with the Contract, B has the right, on his own terms, to stop the works of current month. B shall not be liable for any consequences as a result of such action.
