唔比家同並無犯法，但若果妻子取家用只為自己奢侈的消費而不是用在家庭的支出便有些不公；若果丈夫不支付家庭的開支，妻子有權開口問他取，這是天公地道的事，兩夫妻若收入相若，則男女雙方可以6/4比例負責家庭支出，因女性有較多的打扮支出，普遍來說，這些都應互相妥協。

一對夫妻老公唔比老婆家用係唔算犯法嘅，除非係離咗婚，但係就唔係叫家用，而係叫膳養費，但膳養費都係要法庭申請

a pair of legal couples can possess many rights but there are not many restrictions to the married couples. the law does not force the male to give regular money such as 家用 to her wife.
however, being a dedicated and responsible husband, from my standpt, it is necessary to reward ur wife by 家用 cox she also has a tough responsibility to shoulder at home.
