Write down your name, id card no and address. Send you a summon asking you plead guilty or not. If you admit you are wrong, sign the form and send it back to the court. They will send you another letter later informing you how much fine you need to pay. If you think you are not wrong, you must goto the court at the date shown to argue your reasons.
