read more newspaper for vocabularies.
Do more paper 2 exercise to familarise the format, record your wrong ans and read the solution so as to avoid u from making the same mistakes again
Listen to more english channels by not reading the subtitle
Read more sample writing answer to find out what makes a good essay
Go to intensive tutorial class to seek further improvement
Speak more English to urself to help u speak english more fluently

I am also a form five student...
I cannot say my english language level is very good,but it is ok...
I think learn english(even chinese)does not have any 速成方法....
The best way is that READ MORE,WRITE MORE,LISTEN MORE & SPEAK MORE

你可以choose 現代的Patrick Chan,我雖然冇補but 我好多classmates都補佢,佢教既野對學生幾有用ar,個個fd都話佢好好的.........
