i'm interested in setting up a cafe bar but i'm new in this industry.How can i learn about setting up?

The cafe bar i have in mind serve basic food (steak,fish.chicken etc) but with a twist of my own idea also new dish will be created every month.Food creativeness,good taste and low price is the seling point of this cafe.

No no, if it's creative you sell for more for your design work, and if you sell it cheap, you use cheap ingredients and no creation, just sandwiches fish and chips

there are too many food industries in the city. your eatering has to be unique to be able to make it in the city.
