我有1A駕駛牌照,可以渣白牌車嗎?

1 A 咪只可以駕私家車的自動波類型 . 白牌車即是私家車,for example 即使是hiace van車種, 8座位, 以汽油作燃料. 那行車證登記都是私家車 . 你個人的駕駛牌照必須與車輛登記類型符合才可合法使用.如果你想買駕客貨VAN , 6座, 使用柴油的, 而車輛登記為輕型貨車(light goods vehich), 咁你的1a 執照就不合用喇.

According to your question, 白牌 must not mean private cars, which is not = class 1.
白牌 is actually the Light GoodsVehicles, which is in class 2.

Even though now we have auto 白牌, e.g. Hiace, Benz.....they can only take 6 passengers, and their truck needs to be separated with a metal partition. Also they use diesel (according to law, diesel vehicles can only be approved for a licence if they are class 2 or above, so now we dont have diesel private cars except those old cars e.g. Benx 230D)

So, if you have 1A, youcan ONLY drive class 1 with an automatic transmission. Any other cars not with that catagory is not allowed.

1a,是自動波私家車牌,買車時要留意牌簿/行車証上寫的(private car)同車輛是自動波便可以.以我所知現時hiace都有自動波,時可否出私家車牌就唔知,


所謂的白牌是看車尾的部份是玻璃/密封 白牌車只是車人收$$先唔得自用一定得

你知道白牌車是甚麼嗎？白牌車，即非法收取籌勞載客的車，很多車種，包括私家車、客貨車，都可以作「白牌車」。既然駕白牌車違法，那就是任何情況下都不可行！

至於你持有1A駕駛執照，卻想駕客貨車，那同樣是犯法，會被控無牌駕駛。請勿以身試法！
