在台灣大學畢業(Civil Eng.)，回港工作多年，未有參加 scheme A or 其它正式 training ，可否有機會成為-Member - MHKIE？~thx!~~~~

Downloads-->Membership-->M1 Classes of Membership
Section 5 (if i'm not wrong) check out for the mature route to become MHKIE
