本人會o係下星期二(28/11)做呢個手術...有d擔心...想問下一d做過呢個手術既朋友...做之前有咩prepare, 做完會點? 會唔會痛 or 會點?...會幾耐先可以正常行得唔使用柺杖?...係咪要keep住去做physio??
想d有做過既可唔可以分享下?? Thx alot!

有呢d問題, 梗係要去找物理治療師啦!我有個物理治療好勁, 我d膝痛腳痛都係佢搞掂, 佢喺太子工作架, 佢由檢查到做治療都好學好專業, 你send個email俾我, 我話你知呀!

don't worried~~~I have a friend just doing the same surgery......I told him...listen to the physio...should do exercise and avoid to doing something.....He heal in one month.....
This surgery is using 1 piece ofyour tendon at your knee(patella) to replace your torn tensdon...don't worried.......hope you will get well soon~~
