Give you a special method to BBQ for a Fish !

First buy a large size fish No matter what kind but need about 1' Feet long Gar.....
and then make it clean
put a little bit salt on it
then wrap it with an Banana leaf and then a Tin Foil
and then put it on the fire for 15-20 min. for each side.
Humm.................

用錫紙包住的大眼雞燒,好好食!
燒海鮮(魚、蝦、蟹),都唔錯!
用錫紙包住的蔬菜類:椰菜,菇類等。
大棉花糖,法包,栗米等。
